hiermit laden wir Euch herzlich zur diesjährigen Mitgliederversammlung ein.

Auf der Mitgliederversammlung werden zwei Ämter neu gewählt (TOP 6): ein Vorstandsmitglied (Vorsitz) und ein:e Schatzmeister:in. Wenn Ihr Euch vorstellen könnt, ein Amt zu übernehmen, meldet Euch gerne schon im Vorfeld bei uns.
Außerdem werden wir auf der Mitgliederversammlung über eine Satzungsänderung und über eine Beitragsordnung abstimmen (TOP 7). Ihr findet die Dokumente im Anhang Eurer Einladungs-E-Mail. Lest Euch die Dokumente bitte im Vorfeld der Mitgliederversammlung durch.
Anträge können bis spätestens zwei Wochen vor der Versammlung per E-Mail beim Vorstand (info@sprachenmehr.org) eingereicht werden.
Gebt uns bitte eine Rückmeldung, ob Ihr kommen könnt oder nicht. Eine Antwort auf diese E-Mail genügt.

Invitation to the 2025 Annual General Assembly
Dear members,
We warmly invite you to this year's General Assembly.

Two positions will be newly elected at the general assembly (item 6): one board member (chair) and one treasurer. If you can imagine taking on a role, please get in touch with us in advance.
We will also vote on an amendment to the statutes and on a membership fee regulation at the general assembly (item 7). You will find the documents attached to your invitation email. Please read them in advance of the meeting.
Requests can be submitted to the Executive Board (info@sprachenmehr.org) by email no later than two weeks before the meeting.
It would be great if you could let us know whether you can attend or not. Simply text us via email.
